Our spring hooks are characterized by a simple locking system, which can be opened and closed even with only one free hand. The practical snap closure thus allows a quick connection of ropes, belts, chains, etc.
Due to its high payload, the snap hook is used, among other things, to secure objects in transport vehicles or trailers. The V4A variant we offer is resistant to water, humidity and weak acids. Therefore, the spring hooks can also be used outdoors, such as in the garden, on the boat and for water sports. But stainless spring hooks are also used in mechanical engineering, agriculture or food industry.
Because these snaing hooks have no protection against accidental opening, they must not be used for securing in aviation sports or climbing. Nevertheless, to prevent accidental opening, you should use two hooks at the same time. They are arranged parallel and in opposite directions, so that the catches are opposite and the closed side secures the catch of the other carabiner.
