These washers are made of stainless steel and according to DIN standard with a central round hole and an outer diameter which is 3 times the size of the screw.
The washers distribute the force or contact pressure that occurs on the screw head and nut when tightening with the wrench. The use of washers further protects the surface of the workpiece in the area of the screw connection from damage.
