Our DIN 7991 countersunk screws are made entirely of stainless steel and provided with a metric, continuous external thread (ISO standard thread DIN 13-1). The screw length is always measured with head for countersunk screws. The offered variant is driven by an Allen key on the hexagon socket. This allows a safe screwing in of the screws.
Countersunk screws or countersunk head screws are particularly suitable for connections in which the screw heads are to be completely countersunk in the material, so that a completely flat surface is created.
This completely minimizes the risk of injury from protruding screw heads. For sliding parts, countersinking the screw ensures that it will function properly.
Countersunk screws according to DIN 7991 are used in machine and plant construction but equally in furniture construction as well as in DIY and hobby applications.
To increase the bearing surface and as a visual element, they are often processed in conjunction with rosettes, which we also offer in our store.
