Round steel or link chains consist of round or oval interlocking rings. The design of these chains was already used as jewelry in the Bronze Age. However, it only gained its importance with the use of industrialization.
Link chains are used, among other things, to cordon off areas, mark danger zones to ornamental purposes. The round steel chains offered by us according to DIN 766 (short-link) made of stainless steel V4A are acid and salt water resistant and thus insb. suitable for use as anchor chains in the maritime sector or in outdoor areas.
The unit price refers to 1 meter chain. If you need a longer cut, simply enter the desired number of meters in the shopping cart under quantity. The chain will then be shipped in one piece in the selected length (= entered number). You can divide it into shorter pieces with a bolt cutter or a flex.
Notes:
Chains according to DIN 766 must not be used as or in sling chains or lashing chains and are not suitable for motor-driven hoists.
